About The Position
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner, to ensure our recruitment efforts are efficient, as well as managed to be a great and respectful experience. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and phone interviews to in-depth behavioral interviews and offer extension.
- Work closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and provide professional advice and insights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates in the hiring process.
- Develop and execute diverse and creative recruitment sources, such as social networks, agencies, employee referral programs, etc.
- Sourcing passive candidates for any hard-to-fill positions.
- Deep understanding of Aqua's business, while using data to support recruiting decision making.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition in global high-tech company
- Proven experience in phone interviews and in-depth HR interviews
- Proven record of fostering strong candidate engagement
- Strong knowledge of sourcing practices and tools - a strong advantage.
- Team player & 'Can Do' approach
- Keeping high level of professionalism under Stressful work environment
- Fluent English, reading, writing and verbal.
