About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner, to ensure our recruitment efforts are efficient, as well as managed to be a great and respectful experience. This is a great opportunity for you to get familiar with technological talent acquisition activity in a growing hi-tech company!


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and phone interviews to in-depth behavioral interviews and offer extension.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and provide professional advice and insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates in the hiring process.
  • Develop and execute diverse and creative recruitment sources, such as social networks, agencies, employee referral programs, etc.
  • Sourcing passive candidates for any hard-to-fill positions.
  • Deep understanding of Aqua's business, while using data to support recruiting decision making.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition in global high-tech company
  • Proven experience in phone interviews and in-depth HR interviews
  • Proven record of fostering strong candidate engagement
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing practices and tools - a strong advantage.
  • Team player & 'Can Do' approach
  • Keeping high level of professionalism under Stressful work environment
  • Fluent English, reading, writing and verbal.
