About The Position

Are you a Professional Services Consultant looking to take your career to the next level?

Aqua Security Software is looking for a hands-on accomplished Professional Services Consultant to build, manage, and expand a Professional Services organization. The goal of the Professional Services organization is to provide billable services that enhance the value of Aqua Security’s platform and enable even greater levels of customer adoption and value realization. The role will start out as an individual contributor and develop into a management position. The Professional Services Lead will build out the practice, service bundles and offerings, build and manage the day-to-day operations of a team and establish scalable processes and services. This newly created position will be that of a highly visible and influential leader and based in our North American headquarters located in Burlington, MA.

 Position overview:

·      Create and manage the process of scoping, planning, costing, and pricing new projects to build out accurate SOW’s for new projects/package; define goals and objectives, client requirements, resource needs, budget, risks, and deliverables

·      Develop engagement plans, schedules, success criteria, milestones

·      Ensure that projects and deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and at a high level of customer satisfaction

·      Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people

·      Communicate project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders

·      Proactively identify opportunities for expansion or improvement of Aqua’s Professional Service offerings

·      Build, manage and set strategic direction for Professional Services and direct the tactical efforts of your team

·      Oversee continuous delivery of development services; monitoring system and team level performance

·      Provide technical leadership and build on continuous improvements


·      7+ years experience as the client-facing leader responsible for the management of successful Professional Services operations for a fast-growing technology organization

·      Must have experience with Linux, DevOps and Security solutions

·      Strong understanding of contracts, service delivery, performance and operational excellence

·      Proven track record of managing technical teams and product delivery under tight deadlines

·      Strong continuous improvement mindset to drive transformational change where required

·      Strong process mindset with a focus on defining, implementing, and optimizing repeatable processes to drive efficiency

·      Ability to travel domestically, and occasionally internationally
