We are seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to own primary responsibility for our systems and processes for demand generation infrastructure. From driving integration with data sources for ABM targets, to back end reporting / analytics for measuring and optimizing campaign outcomes – and everything in between – you’ll have significant impact on the success of our wide range of marketing programs.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced user of HubSpot marketing automation, email marketing, and data hygiene, with proven skills integrating with and various inbound data sources. You will scale our reach by pushing the boundaries of marketing tools and technologies to drive effective campaigns. The right person for this role has a thirst for learning and is not afraid to implement contemporary marketing strategies and technologies to solve business processes and challenges. This role will report to the Director of Demand Generation, interacting across the marketing and field teams, with visibility to senior leadership for reporting and analytics.

This role will be based in our Burlington, MA office.

In this role, you will:

  • Fully manage global HubSpot deployment including utilization of built-in features and integration with
  • Manage day-to-day HubSpot system maintenance and configuration, as well as act as the first line of support for our systems and overall marketing pipeline
  • Work closely with sales development, field sales, and channel sales teams to track lead flow and follow-up
  • Be internal SME/power user for marketing systems and evaluate new technologies and tools that could help scale and streamline the team’s efforts
  • Build demand generation assets including emails, landing pages, nurture programs
  • Maintain and test best practice optimized templates and conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative and copy tests to continually improve ROI
  • Develop and implement data quality and enrichment programs to ensure data integrity
  • Implement process controls to adhere to data governance mandates such as GDPR and CASL



  • At least 2 years of HubSpot and working experience
  • Proficiency in various martech platforms such as: BrightTALK, Vidyard, Zapier, Terminus, AdRoll, SnapApp    
  • Highly proficient in email nurturing and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and desire to know how things work
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical execution
  • Enterprise B2B software experience and/or security market knowledge a plus
