Dror Davidoff has more than 20 years of experience in sales management, marketing, and business development in the enterprise software space. He has held executive positions at several emerging IT security and analytics companies. Before co-founding Aqua in 2015, he headed up global sales of Database Security Products at McAfee (Intel Security), and prior to that was EVP of Sales and Business Development at Sentrigo where he led its fast market share increase. Dror holds an MBA in Finance from City University of New York and a BA in Economics. He likes to start his day with an early morning swim in the Mediterranean.
Amir Jerbi brings to Aqua 17 years of security software experience in technical leadership positions. Amir co-founded Aqua with the vision of creating a security solution that will be simpler and lighter than traditional security products. Prior to Aqua, he was a Chief Architect at CA Technologies, in charge of the host based security product line, building enterprise grade security products for Global 1000 companies. Amir has 14 cloud and virtual security patents under his belt. In his free time, Amir enjoys backpacking in exotic places.
Jeff runs global sales at Aqua. Before joining Aqua, Jeff spent 15 years at CA Technologies, growing its business in key areas such as Identity & Access Management, Digital Transformation and DevSecOps. At CA, he ran Sales and Technical Sales organizations in several business units including Cybersecurity, API Management/DevOps and Agile Operations.
Upesh is a seasoned business executive in cybersecurity companies. Before Aqua, Upesh was at CrowdStrike where he launched its Elevate Partner Program – an ecosystem of technology, go-to-market, and services companies. Upesh has a track record of successfully driving new business and partnerships with startups including Perspecsys, Trusteer and Guardium, resulting in high-value mergers with Blue Coat Systems, IBM and RSA Security. He was also one of the original pioneers of the OPSEC program at Check Point Software.
Liz Rice leads Aqua’s technology evangelism activities in the cloud-native ecosystem. She is an active member of the open source community, and an award-winning speaker known for her live-coding demos. She is currently co-chair of KubeCon & CloudNativeCon. Prior to getting immersed in containers she built up a wealth of software development, team, and product management experience working on network protocols and distributed systems, and in digital technology sectors such as VOD, music, and VoIP with companies including Skype, Last.fm and Metaswitch Networks. When not writing code, or talking about it, Liz loves riding bikes in places with better weather than her native London, and competing in virtual races on Zwift.
Rani Osnat has more than 20 years of enterprise software industry experience, in project management, product management and marketing, including a decade as VP of marketing for innovative tech startups in the IT security and cloud arenas. Previously Rani was a management consultant in the London office of Booz & Co. He holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Rani is an avid wine geek, and a slightly less avid painter.
Andy brings more than 25 years of marketing experience in the security and IT markets to Aqua, spanning organizations from early stage though Global 1000 companies. Prior to joining Aqua, Andy held the position of Head of Threat Prevention Product Marketing at Check Point Software Technologies. Previously, he was responsible for Risk and Compliance Marketing with McAfee / Intel Security, following the acquisition of database security leader Sentrigo. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University, and while his wine tastes span a wide range, vintage port is a particular favorite.
Shahar Man is a seasoned R&D leader with over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise software to Fortune 500 companies in leading R&D and product roles. He has specialized in developer-oriented products and is a lean and scrum expert. Having spent more than a decade at SAP, Shahar led the transitioning of large-scale development groups to agile methodology. Shahar is a keen long distance relay runner, and practices Tai-Chi.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in cyber security. Prior to joining Aqua, he has held senior security research positions at Microsoft, Aorato and Imperva. Michael is a regular speaker at security conferences, among them BlackHat Europe, RSA Europe and Virus Bulletin. He is a connoisseur of single malt Whisky, especially the peaty ones from Islay.
