The Talent Sourcer role encapsulates a recruitment challenge in one of the hottest technology spaces today as well as an exciting opportunity to be involved in creating an employer brand for a successful company in a new market. 

Are you solution oriented who thinks outside of the box when it comes to finding talent? We are seeking a highly driven, talent focused individual with outstanding research skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in our high-energy workspace. You will be responsible for developing and tuning a rigorous sourcing strategy designed to identify top prospects and creating a stable pipeline of high-quality talent. You will target candidates through diverse channels and methods to include postings, direct search, Talent Mapping, networking, leveraging group research, social media sites and other creative ways to find talent. You will monitor your pipeline and keep it steady over time while communicating with the recruitment team and hiring managers. This is a highly visible role that will require an individual with the ability to multi task and prioritize work based on the business needs.

This role is based in our Burlington, MA office.

What you will do:

  • Source active and passive candidates while building pipelines for future roles
  • Contribute to the improvement of the sourcing processes, to create team efficiency and to ensure a high quality “candidate experience”
  • Act as an ambassador of Aqua Security by providing impeccable support when interacting with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues
  • Be an integral part of the Recruitment/HR team by participating in projects, meetings, initiatives and providing your support and feedback to increase our team success and company growth
  • Be involved with employee branding activities
  • Track candidate activity and provide recruiting status reports


What you need to succeed:

  • 6 months+ of sourcing for sales, marketing and support professionals in a technology organization
  • Proficient in utilizing specific sourcing tools (LinkedIn, social media …) and methodologies to leverage, locate, engage and attract prospective candidates
  • Confident, flexible, action oriented, excellent communicator who works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Coachable, organized and detailed oriented
  • Demonstrates creative and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Experience using ATS’s, Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • BS/BA degree
