About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner, specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) functions - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships - to join our growing team at Aqua.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for commercial roles across multiple regions, partnering closely with GTM leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent that drives Aqua’s revenue growth and strategic goals.

This is a hands-on, strategic, and collaborative role, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partners) to understand business priorities, sales structures, and pipeline needs, aligning hiring strategies with revenue goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles - from sourcing and engagement to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for roles such as Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing professionals.
  • Provide market insights, competitive compensation data, and hiring recommendations to senior commercial stakeholders (CRO, VP Sales, VP Marketing).
  • Drive employer branding initiatives tailored to GTM talent communities across regions.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and GTM leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong long-term retention.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are inclusive, efficient, and data-driven.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics, proactively identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

· At least 4 years of experience in technical recruitment from an in-house role within a tech company.

  • Proven experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel/Partners) in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior commercial leaders (CRO, VP Sales, VP Marketing) globally.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures, quota models, and KPI-driven hiring.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HR systems (e.g., Comeet, HiBob).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field – advantage.
