Senior Customer Success Manager

About The Position

Aqua Security is looking to hire a Sr. Customer Success Manager to support our enterprise and strategic accounts in the US. As the primary point of contact, you will provide account management, technical advisory, and drive customer loyalty.

A confident “customer first” attitude is required to work through challenges, field technical questions, and influence stakeholders. The Sr. CSM will develop and execute strategic account plans, mutual success plans, QBRs, and be the advocate for the customer internally while focusing on a positive customer experience. This person will work hand in hand with his/her customers to to ensure a proper understanding of the customer’s goals, objectives and desired outcomes of the Aqua platform and drive value every step of the way. The Sr. CSM will understand will have a proactive mindset and understand his/her customers’ technical and business requirements and be able to anticipate and avoid issues; identify and mitigate risk; and cultivate deep customer relationships with some of the world’s most iconic organizations.

Requirements

  • Based in the Northeast
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Info Systems, or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management or strategic consulting roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients
  • Possess customer-facing and communication skills that enable you to best represent Aqua Security within a customer’s environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment and tackle customer challenges/requirements
  • Successful track record of multi-tasking and being a team player on cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work
  • Strong problem solving, time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%, and occasionally internationally

Preferred Skills:

  • DevOps, security and Linux background
  • Previous experience with CSM tools is desired (ie. PlanHat, SFDC, Jira, Freshdesk)
  • SaaS experience
  • Any of the following certifications: Security: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CISM or any other Security certification
  • Customer Success Certifications: CCSM, CCSMP, CCSR or other CS-recognized certifications
