About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Director to join our team and have a direct impact on the bottom line of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of a sales team, including supervising and ensuring plans are being executed, and goals are met. The Sales Director must have strong sales skills that include experience in enterprise sales pipeline development and driving new and existing business growth.

  • Successfully manage, train, and develop a team of territory sales managers
  • Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve targets
  • Assist with landing potential enterprise clients and forge beneficial relationships
  • Identify emerging markets and trends that could be valuable to the business, and understand the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Form sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Serve as a representative of the company at conferences, events, trade shows, and other industry functions

Requirements

  • Proven sales leader with 7-10 years’ experience leading successful sales teams
  • An expert in B2B enterprise security software sales
  • A strategic thinker who also loves to work side by side with sales executives in a sales cycle
  • Demonstrated success increasing revenue in growth companies
  • A passionate leader, dedicated to effective performance management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
