Aqua Security is actively seeking a motivated and skilled IT & Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IT & Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and security of our information technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our systems, while also implementing robust security measures to safeguard our assets and data. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Identity and Access Management (IDP) systems, as well as network security tools, all while ensuring an impeccable user experience and top-tier security. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the IT & Security teams to implement, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking components within our IT infrastructure.
Assist in designing and deploying security solutions, including VPNs, firewalls, OS updates, antivirus software, and more.
Manage and maintain identity and access management (IAM) processes, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and authentication mechanisms.
Oversee our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, ensuring proper device provisioning, configuration, and enforcement of security policies.
Administer our Identity and Access Management (IDP) system, overseeing user identities, roles, and access permissions across applications and systems.
Provide tier 2 technical support to end-users, addressing IT-related issues and troubleshooting system and network problems.
Stay updated on the latest IT and cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, enabling proactive recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for the purpose of knowledge sharing and training.
Assist in managing and maintaining cloud-based resources and services while adhering to security best practices.

Requirements

Possess a service-oriented mindset with a proactive and can-do attitude.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing collaboration within a team.
Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, and security operations.
Demonstrate hands-on expertise and a comprehensive understanding of Linux, Windows, and MacOS operating systems.
Showcase experience in scripting and automation processes, utilizing tools such as PowerShell and Python.
Display a strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, networking, firewalls, and system administration.
Show a robust familiarity with MS365, Azure, and Intune.
Have experience with security tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, PKI, SWG, and endpoint protection solutions.
Possess a solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
Show proficiency in managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Identity and Access Management (IDP) systems.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, enabling analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Display keen attention to detail, exceptional prioritization skills, and effective task management.
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and MCSE are considered advantageous.
