IT Support Engineer

About The Position


  • Respond to requests for technical assistance over the phone or via a ticketing system [40%]
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues on Windows, Mac and other operating systems [20%]
  • Working with Office 365 and Azure AD a daily basis [20%]
  • Implementing new systems [20%]



  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in an IT Help Desk environment
  • Knowledgeable of set up and installation of computer and networking equipment.
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, SSL, protocols and applications
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 as well as Windows Operating Systems, Linux and Mac
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Security background (Firewall, VPN) is a strong plus.
